R401a gas pass

R401a gas pass is a mixed gas whose components must be combined with the following percentages according to the global standard, otherwise it will not have the standard properties of R-401A.

Replacement ability: R-401A mixed gas is a replacement for R-12 and R-500 gases.

How to use:

Remove R-12 gas completely from the system.

Carry out all necessary repairs and repair or replace any defective parts, and be sure to replace the filter dryer.
Vacuum the refrigeration cycle of the device as necessary (note that in some devices, the vacuum level is specified on the label on the device body by the manufacturer).
Note that the amount of R-401A gas charge must be less than R-12. (For example, if a system is charged with 100 grams of R-12 gas, when replacing with R-401A, charge 80 to 85 grams of R-401A gas after completely discharging it (make sure that the gas charge is from the liquid phase).
After completing all the operations mentioned, turn on the device and ensure its operation.
To prevent mistakes in the next charge, label the system with the name of the new gas that the company has provided to you.
